Booking terms

Places and payment

A place is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are per session, in euros, including any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Full refunds up to one week in advance. Up to 24 hours in advance, you can transfer the booking to a future date. Unless cancellation is due to illness or a valid reason, no refund is made under 24 hours’ notice.

Weather and safety

We run in almost all weather. If we have to cancel a day for safety reasons (severe storms, very high winds), you’ll get a full refund for that session or a credit for a future camp, your choice.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to ask a child to leave if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk. We’ll always phone you first and work with you on it.
