I have lived in the Chamonix valley for more than eleven years, drawn here by the raw wildness and the chance to live the mountain sports I love.
I work in the valley as a sophrologist, hypnotherapist and emotion-management coach.
Sophrology training plus my specialism in emotion management let me bring an extra dimension to how we accompany children at Forest Camp. The approach helps each child understand what they're feeling, build their confidence, and develop solid inner resources — which in turn supports their ability to live in a group, interact calmly with others, and grow into the adults they're becoming.
